Qualifying for the different parts of the Pay Plan is SIMPLE!
Part 1 - Quick Start Bonuses:
Quick-Start bonuses are awarded to individuals each time they sell a Quick Start Product.
These bonuses are paid weekly!
Representatives receive their bonuses starting with their FIRST QUICK START SALE - It's THAT EASY!
Note: Quick-Start bonuses are paid weekly. All bonuses for sales received by 5:00 PM Friday will be processed the following Friday at close of business and mailed by the following Monday.
Part 2 - The Unilevel:
If anyone you present the program to chooses to become an independent representative, YOU could earn money from their sales. You will earn commissions of 5% for each qualified level sale. As long as you have at least 50 CV of personal sales volume for the month - you have qualified to be paid. The level at which you will be paid is then determined by the sales activity of personally enrolled reps and group volume. You can earn UP TO A 45% PAYOUT on the Unilevel alone!
Part 3 - Director Bonuses:
This is a fantastic opportunity for any representative who happens to have a generous downline volume. To qualify for Director bonuses a representative must meet the following specifications:
All Directors must have a Level 4 Representative in at least three (3) different legs.
To qualify as a Director, a representative must also have 500 CV in personal sales volume and a group volume of 25,000 CV for the month. Directors receive up to a 2% volume bonus through five (5) generations of equal or higher ranking inline Directors for a total payout of up to 10%. Regional Directors (750 CV Personal Sales Volume & 50,000 CV Group volume) receive all of the Directors' benefits and repeat the process with inline Regional Directors for a total plan payout of up to 20%. National Directors (1,000 CV Personal Sales Volume & 100,000 CV Group volume) receive all of the Regional Directors' benefits and repeat the process with inline National Directors for a total plan payout of up to 30%.
Added together with the Unilevel's 45% - THAT'S 75% Total Possible Payout!
Part 4 - Profit Sharing Pool:
National Directors are given the opportunity to share in the company's profits monthly. Each month a percentage of the company's profits is set aside in a profit pool. All National Directors qualifying for the current month's National Directors Bonus, share the profit pool among themselves!!!
Now THAT'S COMPENSATION!
